    80 acres complex.
3 softball fields. Mowed once per week and a per app price for fert/weeds.
    2 baseball fields. Same
    1 football field. Same
    4 practice fields. Same

    All above are irrigated.
All above are aerated each fall.
All above usually are overseeded but not always.

Rest is open mowing. There is probably 6 hours of mowing around buildings. I would mow with a 52-60 inch mowers. Few walks. Few trees. Usual building type of mowing.

Trimmed everytime but the trimming is only next to poles, trees, structures.

Edging - as the bid states no string trimming..all areas that lawn abuts permanent hard surfaces, tree rings, landscape beds etc. 2 times per year. I am going to tell ya this complex consist of bascially 6 square blocks. There are 4 large parking lots. Alot of sidewalks and even more curbs.

Weed removal from all ball fields, sidewalks, parking lots and landscape bed/areas. I realize that is hard for you guys to know but the fields above and there are 4 small fields where baseball/softball are also played and they are a solid field or gravel no grass..make sense?

I'd like to see some rough numbers. PM if other questions etc. Possible equipment you'd run.

You’re going to do all that with a 52” mower?
    Better pack a lunch...

Pics would help. 100 different guys will picture what you described in 100 different ways with 100 different prices...none of which being accurate to what the place really looks like.

How many acres are turf vs. hard surface?

    I'd figure 3.5 - 4 acres per hour on the fields with a 72"

Figure that with the 6 hours around buildings

Did you mean you have to pull weeds in beds, I thought those were being treated? If you're pulling them by hand it sounds like you have a day of just weeding the beds and infield/gravel areas.

No idea how to price crack and crevice, beds, and fert apps.

    I'd use 2 72's, a 61, and a walker

Seems like a lot of work to work out the numbers on that for you. If I do all of that work, I may as well bid on this myself
