Just make sure he does not do it on the lawn and make a spot or sit in your truck and you should be fine. I would be more worried about fireing and then getting a lawsuit.
What type of work was going on at the time when you noticed this? Was it hot out or had you guys been sweating a lot. I would let it go for now and see if it should occur again. No use jumping the gun. Is he a good employee or just a waste of your time? If hes good, confronting him might loose you an employee. JMO
i cant believe it.i put on a new employee 2 weeks ago and started off great[as they all do].all new employees start off with me then i blend them in.i have dealt with all sorts of problems with these guys and iron them out or get rid of them.im 4 hours into work and i notice this guy has wet himself, yes WET himself.how do i approach this one.just when you think you have seen it all.i didnt know what to say so i made some excuse about the day having to end early but i know im going to have to approach him.please help
If someone has wet pants, i wouldn't have any trouble asking him if he had an accident. If he looked down and was surprised, we have a drug problem( GOOD BYE). ( I would be vary aware if my pants were wet.) We would then discuss any medical problem that may be present, or if I was just too intimidating for him to approach me in time to prepare to urinate. ( we use enclosed trailers and empty drink bottles) I had an employee that crapped in his pants, he had a medical problem and some chicken for lunch that disagreed with him. Its not funny.( unless your in grade school- which you may be.) He was VERY embarrassed, I helped him with excuses just like I would if he were my kid. He cleaned up with a roll of paper towels, and sat on a towel while I drove him to the shop, where he took a shower and I loaned him some clean jeans.

Try hanging a bucket around ones neck as prob number 2's next hee. Sorry to joke, I dont wear brown coloured pants for the reason shows old sweat marks in crotch and looks like ive syphoned my phython.
Only give the guy 5 cans of xxxx, might reduce future flooding.
