If i am really really behind should i hire another guy to get help out before it starts snowing?
get someone part time, network with some of the other LCO's in the area and borrow one of their guys if they are slow, get some day labor help. There are many ways to skin the cat without going fulltime employee.
A better question is, can you afford it. That should be the first question. If so, yes. If not, no. If you need us to answer that for you, well, Im not gonna go there because it is not real nice.
