Hiring process and job applications

    We will be needing help with the growing season coming so the hiring process is about to begin. What process have you used that has failed and what are you still using because it works? Feel free to chime in with any advice or maybe a picture of an application you use.

    Make sure that marketing and HR are tied at the hip. Marketing to prospective employees is as important as marketing to prospective customers. All good employee canadates already have a job - you need to pull them to your organization with a better opportunity then they currently have.

    The hiring process is not linear - Place an ad, set up interview, offer job and start next Monday doesn’t work anymore. Candidates want to know you have a good culture and opportunity for growth - showing that culture on your website or social media is a good start because you are being stalked by prospective candidates online.

    :rolleyes: what does showing good culture mean? Oh I guess that means speaking Spanish...sorry:D
