Just an idea, but would it not be in our best interest to get an article in the HOA papers with a horror story about the LCO who did work on a property with no insurance and no license.(maybe the home owner was sued) Maybe they will think about that when there lawn-boy shows up wanting to cut for 20$. Make the article sound like something from the AP were they explain that most charging low prices are uninsured and unreliable. To me this might work and if you talked it over with the HOA pres or editor, they might add it for free. After all they will not hire you with out the proper paper work.
