I know that I've seen a bracket or something that holds the mower blade while you change it. I can't remember where I saw it. Any ideas or suggestions out there? Anyone us this?

Thanks guys and by the way, I don't want to make one for myself. :)

I usually just stick a piece of 2x4 in there or the tip of my boot, it's been working for me.

On my Lazer just above the blade is a grove for a 1" wrench to be placed. It holds the spindle and allows me to easily break the bolt loose.

Use an electric impact wrench and don't have to hold anything!

I use an impact wrench alot too. I'm wanting to work it out so that I can change blades in the field if I need on my 61" Turf Tiger. Anyone use Scag's blade buddy?

Turf guy. Harbor Freight sells and electric impact wrench for 19.99. It works great for changing blades or a flat tire. It plugs into your 12v outlet in your truck.

I think Scag sells what you are talking about. I cant remember for sure.
I would save your money and use wood or buy an impact gun.
