in that case, i'd be using the 220 myself, lol. better welds for sure.
What's your price to do 3 five gallon holders(unpainted and no grinding) and send them to Florida? I think you may have found another source of income during the winter months.
Better PM him or he'll get tagged
Those look friggin sweet, I really need to get a welder.
I really like this idea(I am new to lawn site, so just now getting around to seeing everything)
I’ll take (2) 5gal & (2) 2gal holders please. I’d like to add locking tops and painted in black. Let me know when you’re finished and I’ll pm you my address.
Lol this thread is brought back. The OP is still around
@fatboynormmie lets see the other welding projects you mentioned.. I started welding the last year or so
Lol. I read the whole thread last night without realizing it was from 2011! I must have been super tired.
Lol......not lawnsite related but I do a lot of scrap metal art work over the winter.
Welded a thumb on my mini excavator . Had to change from a hyd cyl to a manualy adjustable thumb due to my aux hydraulics being one way . I made the manual adjuster out of sq tubing and drilled holes for the pins. The manual portion filled the same dimensions as the hyd. Cyl. Can swing the boom and adjust it without getting out of my seat.
