I've seen many guys take snow plow that made for a pick up, and made a plow for a skid steer. I want to do that. Anyone with pics on how to do this?

I just made one up to use with an older 8ft Fisher i had around...I just bought a blank skid steer plate and welded some ears onto it and a loop on the top to hold the chain..I'll get pictures Monday when I go to the shop

I think Berlon makes a skidsteer ready plate that you hook up the plow and latch on to the skid and off you go if you don't want to do any fabwork.

I personally prefer the trip edge type plow(like a Fisher) so when you want to put some down pressure on the plow it dosen't bounce back and forth and if you plow with curb you can ride up and clear the curb with snow real clean. I plowed with a 'shop' built Western on a 90XT and that plow never stood a chance, the skid was way to big but that was what was provided.
