Can any one recommend a hydro mulch that home owners can purchase and apply to small areas (about 40-50 sq ft) that need renovating and erosion control?

Products I’ve reviewed online mostly contain grass seed that is not what I need for a centipede lawn. I would like the convenient hose-end sprayer product just without the seeds.

    Any suggestions are greatly appreciated

Penn-mulch is the only similar product I would suggest. Apply seed. Then starter fert. Then Penn-mulch and water heavily--continue watering every day for 30 days.

Penn Mulch is a good option. Another option is Profile Products Seed Aid or Cover Grow (Pretty much the same product but with a different name on the bag. The other option would be Phoenix Paper's EZ Mulch AF which is carried by some Site One Services stores.
