homeowner that needs help please

    First off do you know what the bush is. It looks like azalia or privit to me.
    Are the "leaf spots" more like speckles?
    The last question...
    How long before they died back did you hedge them?

    out of no where the bushes have starting dying from the top down as you can see. i'm thinking disease, but it happened quickly so it might be insects. the leafs have a blackish almost leaf spot to them and i didn't see any nibbles or holes like insects were eating them. almost bluish green spots on some of the branches at the bottom of the bushes, but besides that the pictures show the rest.

    what is this and what can i do about it?
