I have a Husqvarna mower with a Honda GCV160 engine. After the first year and the end of the warranty, it started shutting down when in use for 30 mins. I let it cool down and it will run for 5 or 10 minutes at a clip. Anyone have any ideas? The fuel has been flushed twice and the spark plug changed when this first started.

Next time it starts to die, open the fuel cap.

    A few things to check:

Put a spark checker on the plug wire and plug to see if it is dieing with or without spark. If it's dying w/o spark, you likely have a coil that is failing at higher temps. I haven't seem that many problems with Honda coils however.

Make sure you fuel cap is venting properly.

Could possibly have debris floating in the carb bowl temporarily blocking main jet. The running pattern (30-10-10) doesn't lead me in this direction, but it is worth a check.

If the unit has a low oil sensor, you could have a low oil condition or a defective oil sensor. If the oil level is as it should be, disconnect the lead to the low oil sensor and recheck running condition.

Just a few thoughts to start with. Others will chime in with other hints as well.
