Yes, I was happy about it. Actually, they stopped where I was working and asked for my license, which of course I have. He checked the orange sticker on my truck and then asked if I had my license with me. I was like, huh? You mean the piece of paper, he said yeah. I said it's on the wall in my office where I thought it was supposed to be, but apparently you also need a copy of it with you. I had no idea about that, I thought that's what the sticker was for. Silly me, but he was cool since I am licensed and have the sticker. Now I have a copy in my truck. I say hooray because it's the first time EVER that I've seen anyone enforcing ANY law rearding licensing/ DEC around here. It's good to know they're actually checking. Maybe they will bust some ass, put some (dare I say) scrubs out of business and level the playing field. I told him I was happy to see him, he was very nice. I say go get 'em all. If everyone was legit (license/ins/taxes) we'd all be much better off. So watch out you undocumented suckers on Long Island, the MAN is on the prowl.
