We are very familiar with eastern Oregon, are you around Malhuer or John Day?
I have been told that John Day is the closest town at 1.5 to 2 hours away.
We are working somewhere in the middle of Malhuer. The whole place has already closed down. I think its gonna be cold.
So, you're in the National Forest north of Burns?
Quite a bit north of Burns. Middle of National Forest. Working at some Guard Stations.
Nice time of the year to be up there Our tax dollars at work, I suppose.

Wherever shall we go? Input? I vote the BigSky/Bridger area.
I have skied the Red Lodge area, but only in the summer so I don't know what the mountains are like because you only ski glacier in summer. I will say the place was really neat. Historical and still roots. Oh wait...that was 20 years ago.
Matt why Bridger and BigSky? Where's Pete at?
I checked google earth. We're north of Seneca.
