Just wondering what you guys are charging for a hourly rate. I'm looking into getting into the lawn business a little more. The past 2 years I mowed a smaller commercial properties (about an acre and a half). Took me about 1/2 hour. I was charging $45/ cut. I'm going to be advertising for residential this year and need the rough going rate.

Thats good money if you're getting $45 for a half hour of work. That pricing will bring you to around $75 an hour when you factor in travel time, which is a good number to be at starting out.
