Typically how much are you guys charging per hour per laborer?

Are you doing landscaping installs or landscape maintenance and is this for commercial or residential? I have seen labor rates from $20 - $125 per/hr. You really need to account for all of your company's cost to figure out where you should be, because even if you had 20 people get on the forum and say they were charging $35 per/man/hr you never know if that would make you profitable (and how much so) or whether that would make you lose money (and how much so). If your a commercial landscape maintenance guy Im giving away a spread sheet that will help you drastically, if your doing more residential it will just confuse the mess out of you.
