Another one we finished yesterday.
A few shots.
good job how long did it take?
That was a nice little house.
Nice color house
Looks like it was a fairly easy job. A little different seeing houses built out of concrete.
I like the W-900 Kenworth dump its a nice looking truck
Sunscaper.....that one looked like fun. What kind of company is giving you this work? Are these owners buying old run down stuff and putting new or flipping the land? Govt houses? What's the deal?
I am a partner with my friend in the demolition business. People call his company for the work and we go and do it. The three latest have been bought for people building really nice houses for retirement. It works nice because I get to sell them site work, pavers, landscaping etc for their new house and I give my partner a cut of that action. We both advertise in the yellow pages and the internet for the leads.
Sorry, the job took 2 days. It took alot longer to lift that floor slab. House was built in the 1920's and the floor was 8" in some areas. Concrete was alot cheaper then. Glad you like the W-900 she is a cream puff.
Definatly not a truck you want to be loading the old concrete rip rap in she is too nice for jobs like that.
That truck has an Ox body built for demolition. We couldn't dent it if we tried to.
