Ok guys, I have about 11 yards and this was my first season. The question I have is what "formula" do you use to figure on a cut and blow? Currently, I do cutting, trimming, edging, weed control, shrubs, and leaf removal. This spring I plan on moving into seeding, fertilizing, aerating, liming, etc. Also, what method do you use to determine how to charge for seeding, fertilizing, aerating, and liming?

BTW, I'm in Virginia, so anyone in this state, I would like to hear from you, especially around the Richmond metro area....Also, I've read somewhere that there is a computer program for Lawn maintenance record/bill keeping. Can anyone direct me to a website for this? I am a one man operation, but possibly looking to expand to an additional employee this coming season. Alos, what would you start an employee at for part time?

    $5/hr no matter what

Seriously though, use the search option on the top of the page, there are threads about everything you could ask
