how do yall upload animation ?

i tried to upload an animated avitar but the error says animation is not allowed . but i see it on here all the time . what gives how do yall do it ?

 

it has to be under a certain size, and the right format. what is the format?

When you are resizing this avatar to fit the dimensions that are allowed for an avatar (100 x100), is the avatar STILL animated once it's been resized?
Not all resizing software will keep the animation intact.

 

no if i alter 1 thing it stops moving . how does yours work , whee did you get it ?
