How far is too far?

    Run the numbers and make it worth it for you. I'd hit them first on the route so you aren't wasting mowing time driving. Drive while the dew is drying off. They would have to be some good accounts.

    I've driven 2 hours 1 way for installs several times. If the money is right, go for it. I personally wouldn't drive that far for 5 residential accounts, when I get get accounts closeby. If there is a problem or the customer wants to meet, you are out more time. If I had enough for a crew to stay busy in that area 3 or 4 days a week, then I would do it. Maybe buy a company in the area you want to grow in?
