How I spent New Years Eve day

    I'm with you. No ladders please. Looks like you did a good job though. Wanna come to Omaha and trim up a giant river birch in my buddy's front yard? I'm not looking forward to that one.

    I stayed in bed till 11:00 and thhen got up and split 2 cords of firewood. Nice easy day!

    Looks fantastic Sprout. You've got more courage than me, I would have rented a bucket. Almost done...did it take you a long time to clean up all of those branches?

    In our county here in Florida it is against the county ordinance to crop or hedge trees like that. A couple of stores are grandfathered in though. I tell my clients to trim the lower branches and keep it off the roof. It looks good and is alot of work but isn't it supposed to be a tree.

    Oh and as far as New Years Day........... watched football and ate junk food.
