Alright so i will be mowing around 30-40 acres a week. How many years will a gravely 152z last me aproximately?

At roughly 1.5 acres per hour on average, you will put 26 hours a week on the machine cutting 40 acres.

At roughly a 22 week mowing season for WI, you will put 572 hours per year on the machine.

Assuming a useable life of 2000 hours for a typical gas engine machine (with good maintenance), you will get 3.5 seasons from this mower.

These calculations are all rough of course, based on many assumptions - but they give you an idea. Without knowing all the facts I don't think we can get any closer than this for you.
