Being a newbie in the business, how long can i let a sealmaster mix with sand sit in a round manually agiated tank with out it turning into a solid block. The weather is starting to warm up , can i prolong it by putting the machine in the garage to keep it cooler?:

It wont turn into a solid block in this weather.....Just crank the handle every couple of days and you'll be fine.
  3. ditto what procut said. As long as it dosent freeze the material is fine.

Do try to turn that handle every day or two the sand, water and additive will seperate. (Nature of any sealer) Once it totally seperates it can be a bear to get it back mix up. Just what I have found out might I say the HARD WAY!!
  5. yeah make sure you mix it every so often. This is one of the #1 reasons i didn't get a hand agitated tank. I like the hydraulic. Mix while you drive :p
