How many apps per year are you guys doing?
what kind of apps?
What kind do you think? How about the collective total that would include fert and weed control. If you do a grub control, fine....say that too.
then the answer is 6
4, Pre, 2 weed + fert, 1 fert, standard program.
That's what's included in my yearly price.
If there's any other situation during the year, those are extra, but since I only do commercial, and unless there's a big mole problem, it's 95% of the time just the 4.
For my business next year I think 5 or 6 is going to be the plan...
Six. The company I'm currently with does four and everybody (not really but seems like it) calls three to four weeks before their next service is do for color or weeds.
We do five.
Anyone up here (MN) doing 6 or 7? And how are sales?
thirty six, practicing to be a chemlawn dealer, 2 fert/weed and 34 water
Actually 4 applications
2 man -
I have one yard that I mow for a guy, a residential, and Chem-Lawn does a 7 app treatment for him.
The other 3 yards that I've got that Chem-Lawn treats, those are only 4 apps.
I look at the short(er) growing season here in MN, and anything more than 5, you're probably putting down at 1/2 rate or so, and mostly wasting time.
I suppose though, if you could get a full rate fee, or just slightly less and put down 1/2 fertilizer, you're that much more ahead.
