do you usually have connected to your fully loaded 12-15V transformers. Regardless of gauge size.

    Desert has
    300W-3-5
    600W- 6-9
    900W- 9-12
1000W and greater- do not use.

Note some of these frickin transformers on the market cannot fit multiple cables they should be thrown in the gar bage.

    Thanks

Yeap, that looks similar to what we have. We use the hub method and usually have more home runs than the Malibu daisy chain.

The hub method is good but you should use the rhythm method it's great!

I've heard the HUMP method is good as well.

we use the hub for the most part. We have done some T and even a modified loop to help correct another installers error.

Simple answer to how many cables is... As many as needed to do the job right the first time!

I am anxious to try the new kichler tilted terminals. The superblox inside some fx transformers were akward to me at first but then I got to like them. I just wish all manufactures gave us a bit more room to work up inside the transformers without having to mess with the bottom plate. Maybe a toolless drop down or a slide out terminal strip would be nice.
