How many kilos has anyone lost doing lawn mowing

    hey guys bulls mowing again im not trying to start a lawn mowing business just to lose weight but im curious to know how much weight people have lost doing lawn mowing over the years

    If I don't hit the gym I usually gain weight. The first couple years I busted my ass working EVERY job. Now I give estimates, over see jobs, and sit on my comfy ZTR. I don't think I burn many calories moving the sticks on my Z

    We lose pounds here in the US not kilos......kilos over here are handled by drug dealers...... :laugh:

    If I had any kilos to lose, I wouldn't be mowin grass. Come to think of it, you weigh grass in kilos too. LOL. Ive probably dumped a lot of kilos out of my Walker.

    By the end of the season, I usually drop around 20 lbs, but gain it back in the winter. Then start the whole thing over next year.

    had a kilo in the truck while cutting, got ripped off, lost a kilo.

    I wish I could lose about eight pounds. To drop down a weight class but it aint happening.

    I lost weight well until I hired employee which meant no trimming any more, no pushing a fert spreader and no pushing a wheelbarrow around either, now I am paying for it. :weightlifter:
