Usually, as long as the grass is halfway dry. seems I'm mowing more and more and earlier in the morning (sometimes 6:30 am) and the wet grass and doubles don't mix well. Also with the price of gas I think I might be saving a little when I don't run them unless I have to go across the yard again to get it looking good. running 2002 Toro Z 62" 25 Kaw Marc

I run double high lifts on my 757's. I like that set up cause there is no rooster tails in tall spring growth.

I just started running them on my new Gravely 36" walkbehind. The only problem I've had is with tall, wet grass. It doesn't seem to cut good at all, and the blades aren't very dull. Other than that I've liked it so far. I haven't really mowed in many conditions yet, so I don't know if I will continue to use them or not. I may just get some high lift gators.
