How many of you keep spare tires for mowers on the trailer?

I was wondering how many keep spare mower tires on the trailer. Blew a rear yesterday afternoon on our Deere 717a after picking up something in the sidewall. Needless to say it was a long day in 91 deg heat waiting for the tire to be brought out.

At least one spare for every size mower tire goes out with the maintenance trailers...several velky tires too.

    No spare tires.

But, all tires filled with Slime plus carry several cans of Fix-a-Flat and tire plugs.

I used to, but they just got weathered & were flat when I needed them. I have all of my tires slimed & carry a flat repair kit in the truck as well as some fix-a-flat.

Yes, a flat repair kit will solve a lot of problems. It's pretty easy.

That slime stuff is pretty good too. The thing is though, if a lot of time passes, it will rust out your rim and you'll have to replace the rim with the tire.

At the moment, I do have one spare WB wheel assy in my truck.

We keep one spare drive tire for the ZTRs, and no flat, semi-pneumatic, front caster tires. Plus slime and repair kits also.
