How much does pond cost?

    im looking to have a pond installed this spring and wanting to hire someone instead of doing it myself. For a decent size (im guessing around 4ft or so) pond with a waterfall... what should I look to spend?

    Water Features (includes liner, excavation, debris removal)

    Economy (rock edging, top 6” tier only, 18-24” depth) $35.00 sq ft
    Ex: 6’x 8’ simple kidney (48 x $35 = $1680.00)

    Standard (rock wall interior, river stone bottom, 18-24” depth) $70.00 sq ft
    Ex: 6’x 8’ simple kidney (48 x $70 = $3360.00)

    Water run/cascade $20.00 sq ft
    Ex: 2’ wide x 6’ long (12 x $20 = $240)

    Water fall $59.00 face foot
    Ex. 3’ wide x 3’ drop (9 x $59 = $531)

    Pumps small to 1100 gph $200.00
    medium to 2500 gph $350.00
    large to 3800 gph $500.00
