How much is this Exmark Walk behind worth?

a 5 year old Exmark Viking with a little over 400 hours on it. No rust, in good shape. ECS controls, 15 HP Kawasaki. How much is it worth?

It is a 48" deck.

It looks really good for being 5 years old, just trying to see what it would be worth if I decide to sell and move up to a Stander.
