toro 36" 12.5hp, WB, belt, fixed, one year old, No sign of ware looks brand new used to mow one yard
it's worth what you are willing to pay and what the seller is willing to let it go for.
This is some intelligent advice. Its almost "zen" like in its depth! I'd say any good walk behind is worth $800 or so. Thats just my opinion.
best bet is to put it on ebay... I would think a one year old fixed belt proline would come in somewhere around 1200-1500 range....
I just payed $1800 for a 2004 Exmark Metro 36". It belonged to a good friend and I know It had less than 20 hours on it. Most improtantly, I needed it real bad for a couple new accounts with gates.
I guess my answer is, how bad do you need it???
12-1500 is about it if it's in good shape with low hours.
Sold one just like it last month for $1500. Had about 150 hours on it and was in near perfect condition.
