How much loam do I need to put in a 1550 square foot section that is now a driveway? That the customer wants me to put down sod. Also how long does it take to lay 1550 square feet of sod? One more question will sod take if the customer drives over it with there car?

I don't think you can have it both ways, either its a lawn or its a driveway.
The only suggestion I have, if the customer insists on driving on it, is to install reinforcing when you install the lawn. There are several companies that have various kinds of reinforcing available.

If a customer drives over the sod, sooner or later its gonna wear down to straight-up dirt, and the sod will die away. To put that much sod down, water it, roll it, and fill in the cracks with sand should take you about 4-5 hours by yourself.
