Owner of the Complex wants just a basic cut and trim of the fields and surrounding areas. Anyone have a contract similar to this one and how would you go about getting a fair price for the bid?

I only do residential right now and I would also need some equipment for the job.

    How many acres?

How many lineal feet of fence line?

    Irrigated?

    Fertilized?

    Bagged/mulched/discharged?

    Game schedules?

    These factors will affect pricing.......

    Forgot to ask

    Are bleachers moveable?

What do they have for a base if not moveable?

How busy is this complex? (think trash and people being in the way)

We do several parks, municipal buildings and a large sports complex, can't remember number of fields but has 85acres of soccer field area. Plus common ground and baseball fields. The soccer fields are done Monday Wednesday and Friday takes about 4.5hours with two 72" zero turns. On all of the city stuff it can only be done 7:30-6 m-f
Municipal mowing is different then residential or commercial, a lot of people around, you have to work around what is going on.

I don't have any jobs this big but that works out to mowing each acre is less than 6 1/2 minutes with 72" deck?

That is 6500sq ft a minute, perfectly flat and wide open
