If the chainsaw bar can just make a wedge , then go through to the center of the tree w/out a lot of problem, it could be down in 5-10 minutes... Cut the first wedge at waist height to minimize the damage to the lawn...
    Is it hollow???

getting onto the truck/trailer and hauling is an expense by itself as is grinding...

Do a good job at lawn repair and figure out how much topsoil you'll need and use the quality soil as you charge accordingly...
To go cheaper, just cut it down and use the stump as center piece for the lawn, with a large pot containing flowers or a statue...

I'd tell the client I would cut it down and haul it away for $125... if they want it ground and lawn put in it may be around $200 more...
