How much to aerate, overseed, and fert @1lb N / M 130M?

say what? dont understand. but, we powerseed(sliceseed) for around 50 per k, and if we thatch, and powerseed, its $85-90 per k. seeding rate 5-7 lbs per k, mix of rye, fescue, bg. and fertilize. if there isnt much grass, we use starter, if lawn is established, we use regular fert.

I want to aerate 130,000 sq feet of turf. I then want to broadcast seed (Lollium perenne / Festuca arundinacea) which are endophyte enhanced. Then I want to fertilize with something that has about 15 - 20 % N at a rate of 1lb of N per thousand square feet.
