    Have an issue...

This has only happened once to me that is.

I have a customer that wants her yard cut "when it needs it"

Well sometimes it's weekly, Bi weekly, And sometimes "now that is not growing very fast" on the 18th day....

This is not working for me, It seems that I'm always cutting when it's very overgrown,

Do you guys have in your contract's a set amount of visits.

Like 52 times a year. Or Like 4 times a month...

    Or how is this handled.

Mine is broken down into months,4 cuts per month march through sept,3 cuts per month oct-nov,two cuts dec-feb.,each area of the country will have a different growing season but this works for me,those"i'll call when it needs it "customers are a real pita!!!I'm trying to weed those out and go to year round maint. contracts or agreements.

I don't even use contracts and I don't have people like that. I would fire them if I did. It's either weekly or bi-weekly, although I did allow one woman to go every 10 or so days, but I charge her the bi-weekly rate. She's also right next door to another customer I have.
