I am looking at getting out the Spray/Fert end of our busines. I devote so much time to the lawn cutting crews, maintanance contracts, & our landscape/construction division that I just find it hard to give our spraying accts 110% of my time. There are several area crews that just spray/fert. I am wondering how to price my accounts? What there worth is & who should I market after? Someone that wants into the business or an existing business? With an existing business I know they won't get into the mowing, landscape, etc end. Where as someone new may think that they can jump in and maybe start mowing or landscaping?? Thanks for the info!
