I bought a new sign for my trailer and I am looking for the best way to attach it to my gate on the back. Could you give me a few tips?

Straight nut and bolt it to the gate. Simply enough. Is the sign made to fit properly on the gate? If so, just drill some holes and bolt it on.

In all honesty, a few pics of the sign and the trailer would make it easier to help you figure the best place to put it.

The sign actually will be up against the supports that run on the back side of the gate. It is a 5x6 gate and a 2x3 sign. I hope that kind of helps out, i can't get any pictures for a little while.

I was trying to look to see how some people are doing it but I can't really tell how you all are doing it.

I would think that you could drill a hole in each corner of the sign and then run bolts through the holes and through the expanded metal on the ramp.

My sign is to wide to fit between the supports also, so i used three-
quarter p.v.c. pipe for spacers, bolted it on with LOCK washers and
    its working fine!:walking:

Mine are riveted to the trailer gates. Very clean installation and you have to look hard to see the rivets.
