    It’s the clay (infield) not the turf


    Apparently since I left Connecticut and stopped doing sports field maintenance there, they’ve completely forgotten what turface is.

    24 gallons is what $60 in fuel?
    And it clearly didn’t make the game continue faster...

    At $14 a bag you could have used turface mvp and used 3-4 bags.

    I wonder who is the person who delayed the game due to field conditions in the first place?
    I doubt he’s the same guy who said “pour gas on it!”
