How to get power at commercial job

I tried doing a forum search but didn't see anyone discussing this:

I have a client with several commercial properties (buildings with parking lots) that would like to have some trees wrapped in lights out by the road next to their parking lot. The problem: there aren't any outlets out there.

There certainly is power out there as they have parking pole lights and a business sign. Is this a job for an electrician to wire in an outlet? Is that a thing that happens at jobs like these?

Anyone have experience/suggestions with this problem?

I wrapped palms along the parking area of a building last year. I had an electrion wire outlets on the base of the light poles. They were just seasonal lights so it worked fine.

Nah,no need for electrician, just lick your fingers and touch the bare wires at the poles for the hot ones
