How to keep live oaks from sprouting up in lawn?

    I have a ton of these in my lawn as well. I just pick them one by one for now.

    If you have squirrels, they eat them up too when they're acorns in the fall.

    Run a lawn sweeper a couple times when the oak is dropping acorns.
    Any of them that make little oaks get mowed in the spring.
