You can make up a professional letterhead using most Office programs and type out a bill for each of your accounts on it. Save it in "My Documents", and each month just call them up, change the months and charges, and use "Save As" to title it for the particular account/month.
Quickbooks is pretty expensive (About $200.00) but you should get it when you can. I recently contacted them about upgrading to 2008, and they offered to send it to me..... for $200.00.
They don't do upgrades, and they don't offer support for older versions.

    $4.29 a month

You can enter the information and have professional invoices that you can mail to you customers for payment.

You can give your customers a login and have them log in at the end of each billing period, view their invoices online, and pay them through PayPal.

Lots of other neat stuff in it also. Demo it and check it out.

Don't use bills, just walk up to the door knock lightly and when they answer, open up your hand and say "pay up sucka!"
