hey guys, i was thinking of making a business site and have no clue how to start. how is it done?
I'm on my way out the door so don't have much time but will give you more info later if you want it. Check out this site canadianwebhosting.com that's who I used to build mine. When I started I didn't have a clue ether. I did it all myself using them and it wasn't very hard. Any time I have troubles they have online chat support, email, forums and an 800 number. They are excellent, it won't take you long to set up and it doesn't cost much. My site looks good and does great in searches, check it out.
Well you'll first need to get a domain address, along with web hosting. Then you'll need to design if you want to buy a turnkey design, or have a custom design done for you.
You'll all need to decide if you want your website to keep track of your customers, etc. which may require custom programing. Feel free to pm me if you have any further questions.
