    What if

you were to itemize your billing

charge the customer by the hour for everything and list how much you pay the employee hourly

    $18 an hour per man
    Plus taxes
    Benefits
    Pto
    Company truck personal use
    Recovery of holiday pay
    Etc etc
Culminating in approx $30 an hour just for the employee
But list it out like how you get a cell phone bill.

List all your expenses hourly (mower payments, insurance, gas blah blah blah)

    then what would customers say?

would all the “$15 an hour minimum wage “ champions out there shut up?
Wait I don’t want to pay that much

ma’am , see that $5 an hour part.. that’s the part I get... so do you want to pay the employee less?
So you want lower paid, less trained employees doing your work?
Maybe some illegal aliens for $5 an hour?

I wish all bills looked like that.
