I have a house that needs the beds cleaned of some leaves, the rest of the leaves in the yard, four shrubs that are about 3ft in diameter and 2ft tall and another shrub that is 4ft high by 3ft in diameter. There is only about 1yd of mulch here. I figure it will take me by myself about 2-3 hours to do. what would be the best way to price this?

60 is the hourly rate of a company with a bigger overhang you will not get the job at that price. 40 an hr should be fine for you + material like gas and misc things. at like 60 bucks to your final total

Thumbs Up $60 is a good rate.
Not for this area. You will have a hard time finding work. You have to have a lot of equipment to make that around here. It's more like $40/man hour around here. I am about a half hour from Milwaukee. He could probably get that $60/hour figure in his area though. So, I would figure around $200 for labor.
