Okay so tomorrow morning I'm going to be giving an estimate on an apartment. I'm shooting in the dark here as I haven't seen the property yet but would like some advice before i enter in. The costumer wants me to fertilize ( How much?? Im not sure yet but how do you guys charge to fertilize? By square feet??) Some bush and hedge trimmings, some mulch( I would assumer a yard or 2) and possibly top soil (Yard or 2) if necessary. So my question is what should i be charging for a simple fertilize? What would a ball park bid should i give given the fact that i get m,y mulch for free, as well as top soil. Also, the customer wants me to take out the old mulch before i lay the new mulch down..never done that before as its always composed down.. so given that..what ya think?
