I need to remove the adhesive from the old lettering on my box truck. Then I'm going to repaint it and the letter it. Any tips?

Heat gun. Heat em up peel em off. Take rubbing alcohol to get the remaining glue off

I have a friend with a body shop so I just put my trucks in there and turn up the heat in the booth and they come right off. I also use wraps rather that paint on my trucks they turn out way better and cheaper. I just put new vinyl on my trucks and it makes them look new.

Yeah I thought about a wrap. I figured it would be really expensive. I've already got all the old stickers off but I'm left with the sticky adhesive that I need to get off. Then I can repaint and letter or wrap it.

Lacquer thinner on rag. Works better than anything.
