Just wondering how everyone stays cool in the summer on those hot days?
What do you wear, eat, drink, etc.?

I personally wear underarmor, and have no problem wearing Carhartt pants, and sweaters. I love it. I have longsleeve and shortsleeve underarmour as well and the compression shorts. To drink I have water, gatorade, and lemonade.

I drink a lot of sugar free ice tea... I sweat... I drink some more... I sweat more... I drink more... Don't even have to take a leak, it goes all through my skin...

Water, and 85 sunblock. Amazing how sunblock can make you feel cooler. French Mediterranean cut underwear or commando is a plus.

Happy Frog, not urinating is a sign of dehydration, you should drink enough so that your urine is clear.

My A/C doesn't work. The hottest part of mowing for me is driving between jobs
