My mower keeps sliding around, how can i keep it in the same spot?
just set the parking brake
The mower in question is an older snapper belt drive unit
Pic is below
If there is a parking break i dont know where it is
fastraps. i was being sarcastic in the previous thread. serious about this though. get em from mowpart.com
Ok, if i get them will i still be able to use the trailer if i needed a flat deck?
also how do you think fastening boards around the tires will work?
IF you needed to take them off, it's not that hard if you have a cordless drill. the boards thing would work but you still have the issue you're concerned about needing a flat deck... my advice on the fastraps. chunk the screws they send, go to a hardware stop and get you some lag bolts with HEX heads on them. WHat they send is a phillips head screw. my drill actually stripped some of them. With a hex headed lag bolt I could have used my impact to run them in a LOT easier.
I use ratchet tie down straps and secure them nice and tight. Works well for me!
J&R how do you run the rachets and where do you put the mower on the trailer
ratchet tie down straps, thats what i use for my turf tiger...don't want that bad boy moving anywhere!
