How to take a sales approach to commercial properties?

    I wanted to know if anybody knows the best way to sell to commercial customers. How do you go about figuring out who the person responsible for signing up landscape services is within a particular company. I am sure there is a way to find this out withpout alling the company and asking who the person is. Thanks

    I just call the company and ask who is in charge of the grounds. I then ask that person if they are accepting bids for this season and if so I send one in. Pretty simple.
