Just seeking some info about the commercial business. This is a quote for a an average size parking lot with a very small amount of grass on the islands and a few trees. How much would you quote this for?

    Landscaping and lot sweeping spec--

    Spring and Fall Clean up
    Weekly/as needed mow and trim
Edging of all beds and walks in keeping with present layout
Blade Edging of all sidewalks and planting beds 2x yr.
All roadways and side walks to be kept free of grass
    Weekly weeding of mulched area
    Weed Killer Application 2x yr
4 fertilization applications to be applied as follows 1-spring, 2-summer, 1-fall
Bi-weekly sweeping of lot to remove paper, debris, etc.
    Monthly Cost- $

Remulch Beds and trim trees- $

    Tree Trimming- $

    Snow Spec

2 inches or more we plow and salt the lot and do the sidewalks. Michael's spec only allow us to do 2 inches or more unless there is a special circumstance such as a ice storm.
Quote on a per plow basis. Below is a example of how a few of my vendors have quoted.

    2-4 inches $
    4-6 inches $
    6-9 inches $
    9-12 inches $
After 12 inches it is $ per additional inch

Sand lot after every storm $
Snow removal from property if too much snow is piled up $ per hour

Average size doesn't work, need square footage.

Not how much should I bid.

The Q is how much can I do it for.

No person is the same, therefor no Co. Is the same.

What I can do this for is Quite diffrent than what you can do it for.

I too have a bid to place on a subdivision's home owners association which requires the same curb/island maintenance. Price per square foot?? Are you serious? What in Paul Bounyans handbook defines that? I just figure time with a push... JoeDirt/SundanceKid (lawnsite.com):weightlifter:
